• Package confirmation requires a 25% deposit payment (non-refundable) to secure your special event

• Payment second terms 50% receive before 60 days, settlement 25% receive before 30 days event date

• Cancellation fee applied from the total reservation charge to the guest; within 60 days applies 75% charge, 30 days applies 100% charge

• Cancellation policies: Force majeure (earthquake, floods, pandemic,etc.) should be postponed.

• Adding a special arrangement beyond the package inclusion within 10 days before the wedding dates will be charged 2x normal price to the guest

• The guest grants permission for the wedding documentation will be used by the Hotel/Vendor for promotional purposes

• Any shipping required regarding the wedding documentation expense will be charged to the guest

• Room rate entitle 15% discount from the best available rate

• Corkage fee is applicable IDR 150.000 net/bottle per 300ml

• Rates include 10% government tax and 11% service charge

• All transactions in Indonesia will be charged in IDR following the government regulation.
